Q. HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All orders are double boxed and handled with extreme care. Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service within 1-3 business days from the time your order was placed. All orders are shipped using expedited priority mail. After your order has been shipped, it will deliver within 1-3 business. 

 

 

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFO FOR MY ORDER?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has left our facility and is on the way to the post office. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking number to update once shipped. 

 

 

Q. WHY DOES IT SAY "NOT FOUND" WHEN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

It can take up to 24-72 hours for tracking information to update online. If you don't see an update on your tracking number immediately, do not worry! Your order is in the hands of the carrier and will be delivered soon.

Our inventory is strictly purchased from licensed Air Jordan, Nike, and Adidas retailers such as Footlocker, Finishline, and Champs Sports. If you would like to receive the original receipt from the retailer for the shoes you purchased, email us after ordering and we will include it with your order!

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund at any time! We require the shoes to be sent back to us first and your refund will be processed upon delivery. The shoes must be in the same condition as they were received. If the shoes have been worn, we are unable to process a return. Q. IF I PLACE A PREORDER IS MY PAIR GUARANTEED?

Yes, all of our preorders are guaranteed. If you preorder a shoe, you are guaranteed to receive it after the release. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
